Away for the season? We’ll keep an eye on your home.

Whether you’re here year-round or split your time between Southern Arizona and somewhere else, an empty house can be a source of worry. Monsoon storms, summer heat, a slow leak, or a visitor with four legs can turn into a big problem when no one’s around to notice.

Mom’s to the Rescue is a locally owned and insured home services company. We check on your property on a regular schedule, let you know what we see, and can often take care of small issues ourselves.

What a visit includes

Every plan is tailored to your home, and a typical visit covers:

  • Walking through the inside and outside of the home
  • Looking for leaks, water stains, or signs of water getting in
  • Making sure doors and windows are secure
  • Checking that the A/C or heat is running and the thermostat is set correctly
  • Running faucets and flushing toilets to keep plumbing working
  • Watching for pests, storm damage, or anything unusual
  • Bringing in mail and packages, and watering plants
  • Letting in approved service providers

You’ll know what we found

After each visit, you’ll get an update with photos, so you can see your home is okay.

If something’s wrong

We’ll contact you right away. With your okay, we’ll handle small fixes ourselves or bring in a trusted local pro, so you don’t have to manage it from out of state.

More than a check-in

Because we also offer cleaning and home maintenance, we can change filters, take care of minor repairs, and get your home ready before you leave or before you return. You’ll have one point of contact for your home.

Rental liaison for property owners

Renting out your Southern Arizona home? We can be your local point of contact. When a tenant reports a problem, we go check it out, take care of small fixes, and bring in a trusted local pro when needed. We keep you informed every step of the way, and help get your insurance involved if it comes to that.

Rental liaison focuses on the property itself. We don’t manage leases, collect rent, or handle tenant contracts.

How it works

  1. Free consultation. We talk about your home, your travel schedule, and what matters most to you.
  2. Your plan. We agree on how often we visit, what we check, how we access your home, and how you’d like updates.
  3. Peace of mind. We visit on schedule and keep you informed.

Tip: Some homeowner insurance policies have requirements for homes left empty. Ask us about a visit schedule that fits yours.
