Scheduled visits with photo updates while you’re away. For rental owners, we’re the local contact when something breaks.
Handyman Help
Small repairs and odd jobs: fixtures, hardware, caulking, filters, and the little things on your to-do list.
Not a Licensed Contractor.
Pet Sitting
Feeding, fresh water, and company for your pets while you’re away, with updates so you know they’re happy. We cover pop-ins, walks and overnights. Exotics welcome.
Parent Care Packages
Regular check-ins for aging parents, plus the small jobs that have gotten harder: light bulbs, filters, pipe checks, and more. You get an update after every visit.
